Jack A. Franklin
Jack is a recognized expert in buying and selling residential, commercial, ranch, and investment properties. He has personally listed or sold over 850 properties throughout the San Luis Obispo County, and supervised over 10,000 real estate transactions throughout the County since 1972. He is also a recognized expert in property management, with a client inventory of over 350 rentals in Morro Bay, Los Osos, and Cayucos. Jack is a Past President of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, Past Director – Member of California Association of Realtors, Member National Association of Realtors, and founding Member of the National Association of Realtors Property Management Section.
Matthew Franklin
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly in 1994. He earned his real estate sales associate license in 2002, and is a member of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is a Cayucos Lion’s Club member and 2024- 2025 President and is also a Member of Morro Bay Rotary Club. Matthew specializes in residential, commercial, ranch and investment properties. He is also General Manager of the Real Estate and Property Management Divisions of Franklin Real Estate & Rentals.
Tania Waldron
Tania is our Property Manager/Realtor. She earned a California Real Estate Salesperson license in 2003 and is a member of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. She worked for Fidelity National Title as an escrow officer, then Morro Bay Realty as a property manager before joining the Franklin Team in 2012. Tania has completed all necessary courses to test for her California Real Estate Brokers license, and received her Certified Property Manager designation from the California Association of Realtors in 2018. She also represents sellers to list properties and buyers to purchase primary and investment properties to expand their real estate portfolios. During her free time Tania enjoys camping, hiking and photographing the beautiful Central Coast with her French Bulldog George.
Milton Perez
Milton has been managing vacation rentals for over 10 years in the communities of Morro Bay and Cayucos in our beautiful Central Coast of California. He finds real estate exciting and is passionate about serving and assisting property owners with honesty and integrity. In 2013, Milton obtained his Real Estate license in order to further assist clients and property owners who have interest in buying their dream home. “Joining the Franklin Real Estate Team is a wonderful and exciting opportunity, I look forward to the challenge!”
Brooke Holt
Brooke was born and raised in Chico, California and has been residing in SLO County for over 20 years. She has worked in many capacities including hospitality, personal care and has been with the Franklin Team since 2018. Brooke is the Office Coordinator in the Property Management Division providing support for daily operations, while also conducting property inspections. In 2022, Brooke earned a California Real Estate Salesperson license and is a member of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Brooke enjoys hiking and running, making things with her hands to create art and exploring the outdoors with her son, Levi and dog Spot.
