Our Team

Jack A. Franklin

Jack is a recognized expert in buying and selling residential, commercial, ranch, and investment properties. He has personally listed or sold over 850 properties throughout the San Luis Obispo County, and supervised over 10,000 real estate transactions throughout the County since 1972. He is also a recognized expert in property management, with a client inventory of over 350 rentals in Morro Bay, Los Osos, and Cayucos. Jack is a Past President of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, Past Director - Member of California Association of Realtors, Member National Association of Realtors, and founding Member of the National Association of Realtors Property Management Section.

Matthew Franklin

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Cal Poly in 1994. He earned his real estate sales associate license in 2002, and is a member of the Scenic Coast Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is a Cayucos Lion's Club member and 2008- 2009 President, and is also a Member of Morro Bay Rotary Club.

Matt specializes in residential, commercial, ranch and investment properties. He is also General Manager of the Real Estate and Property Management Divisions of Franklin Real Estate & Rentals.


Tania Waldron

Tania is our Property Manager. She earned a California Real Estate Salesperson license in 2003. She worked 3 years in coordinating inspections and supervising work orders for King Pest Control and Roofing, then worked 3 years for Fidelity National Title coordinating escrow and title for purchase, new loan, and refinance transactions, then worked 5 years as property manager and transaction coordinator for Morro Bay Realty before joining the Franklin Team in 2011.

Tania recently completed all necessary college level courses to test for her California Real Estate Brokers license, and is in the final study course to attain a Certified Property Manager designation from the California Association of Realtors.

Joan Poe

Joan has served as bookkeeper since 2005. A local girl, born and raised on the central coast, she spent 20 years living and working in Clovis, Ca. Joan’s main duties are to take care of all financial and accounting needs for our client’s properties, and disburse monthly rents with statements. She prides herself on being mistake free accounts to the penny, which make our clients happy.





Nicole Londono

Nicole is our Property Inspector / Assistant Property Manager. She graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1995. She has a degree in Business Administration with an option in real estate and urban land economics. She first obtained her California Real Estate License in 1992 while attending college. Nicole has been a Realtor, assistant to a top Realtor, transaction coordinator, and an administrative assistant. She has 20 years of experience and loves helping people with their housing needs.




Jolene McMahan

Jolene is our administrative assistant. She grew up in beautiful Morro Bay; and graduated from Morro Bay High School as an honor roll student in 2009. She was an active member of the local 4-H club. Jolene currently lives in Morro Bay with her two lovable dogs. Recently, she switched from retail to real estate and she is looking forward to learning the industry and obtaining her real estate license.
