Welcome to the Central Coast!
Ask anyone who has ever visited the Beautiful Unspoiled Central Coast area of California, you can't find a nicer place to live or vacation than Morro Bay, Cayucos or Los Osos near the vibrant community of San Luis Obispo. We offer a wide variety of choice vacation rental homes, cottages and condos as well as full time permanent rental properties. Whether you are here for the week or a lifetime we manage some of the finest rentals in Morro Bay, Cayucos and Los Osos. Enjoy the ambiance of small town living combined with the spectacular scenery at the numerous State Park lands surrounding our area. For example, Morro Bay State Park is a vast system surrounding the working fishing village of Morro Bay that includes sandy beaches, wetlands, campgrounds, a world class golf course and our landmark Morro Rock. Whether you like shopping along the quaint Embarcadero boutiques, dining in outstanding water front restaurants or just gazing at the view of the bay and estuary from the boardwalk, Morro Bay welcomes you. The Harbor festival celebrates the bounty of the sea and fruit of vine the first weekend in October and the annual Bird watching festival brings in flocks of bird lovers in January. Don't miss either one! The old west beach town of Cayucos is one of the Central Coasts best kept secrets. Enjoy the lovely sandy beaches a favorite for sun worshipers, surfers and boogie boarders. There is fishing off the pier and an ocean full of seals, dolphins and otters. The Cayucos Saloon is still frequented by local cowboys and there is poker in the back, if you feel lucky. Nearby Los Osos, Valley of the Bears, claims the coastal treasure of Montana de Oro State Park, the name meaning "Mountain of Gold" which comes from the abundant fields of poppy, fiddlenecks and wild mustard, with a rugged unspoiled coastline rivaled only by the Big Sur coast just one-hour north. The Elfin forest is a unique small wilderness at the edge of the bay with pygmy oaks, manzanita, and home to many endangered species. It supports a documented 25 species of mammal, over 110 kinds of birds, and 11 species of reptiles and amphibians. Chumash middens occur throughout the property. But it is not too reclusive. There is a Starbucks Coffee house now, along with fine restaurants, antiques, specialty shops, kayak rentals and Farmers Market on Monday in downtown Baywood Park. We have wonderful vacation and full time rentals available year round in Morro Bay, Cayucos, and Los Osos. Browse our site and call us today to make your vacation plans a reality. |
